These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the wunbd platform and all its services. By accessing the wunbd website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the wunbd platform.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms cover the following:

1.2 Changes to Terms

To open an account and use the services on the wunbd platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You are opening an account on this platform voluntarily and of your own accord.
• Each individual may register only one account.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A single individual may not open multiple accounts using the same name, identity document, phone number, email address, or payment method. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Information

If any registration details change (such as your phone number or email), you are required to inform the support team promptly. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

wunbd conducts identity verification to ensure the security and integrity of its platform. You may be asked to verify your identity in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal
• During large-value transactions
• If suspicious activity is identified on your account
• At any time at wunbd's discretion

3.1 Required Documents

For verification, you may be required to submit a clear photo of any of the following government-issued identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

A utility bill or bank statement may also be requested as proof of address. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

wunbd supports only payment methods that are established and recognised in Bangladesh.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method). Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. In some cases, minor delays may occur due to network latency.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Funds will be sent to the payment method registered on the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits or withdrawals through any payment method not registered in the account holder's own name are strictly prohibited. If evidence of a third-party transaction is found, funds may be seized and the account may be closed.

wunbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each offer comes with its own conditions, which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another account.
• wunbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If misuse of the bonus system is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be claimed by multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

All games and betting activities on the wunbd platform follow the general rules below:

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined by an applicable Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. Once a round or bet is completed, its result is considered final and will not be changed except in the case of a technical error.

6.2 Technical Issues

wunbd will not be liable for losses caused by network disconnection, server problems, or any other technical fault. However, in the case of a proven technical error, wunbd reserves the right to offer compensation at its discretion.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, wunbd offers markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting odds are subject to change, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.4 Game Provider Rules

The rules of individual game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others — also apply. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's terms and wunbd's terms, wunbd's terms will take precedence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wunbd platform:

• Conducting fraudulent, counterfeit, or illegal transactions
• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Misusing the bonus or promotion system (arbitrage, bonus hunting)
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's systems or security measures
• Opening or operating an account using false information
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours

If any of the above activities are detected, wunbd may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

8.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. wunbd will not be liable for any lost opportunities or losses resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

wunbd will not be liable for failures or errors of third-party services, including game providers, payment processors, or other external parties.

8.3 Gambling Losses

Both winning and losing are possible in gambling and casino games. You are placing bets at your own discretion, and the risk of financial loss is yours alone. wunbd is not liable for personal financial losses resulting from gambling.
